The SPA ZEN Online Service Purchase and Gift Card program allow you to purchase and send a SPA ZEN service receipt and Giftcard via email. You may choose the dollar value and complete your purchase using a credit card. You will need the email address for the recipient of your SPA ZEN Online Service Purchase and/or Gift Card. You purchase will be delivered to your email on the date of your purchase. You authorize us to charge your credit card at the time you purchase your Online Service Purchase and/or Gift Card regardless of the date you choose to use it.
On the date of purchase and delivery, we will send the Service Order Receipt and/or Gift Card to the email you use for purchase and notifying the email recipient that he or she has received a SPA ZEN service order and/or Gift Card. For service order, he or she will have the option of printing out the receipt and bringing it into the SPA ZEN store to redeem the service amount. For Gift Card receipt, he or she can make a purchase, or load it onto an existing SPA ZEN Client Profile, or create a new Client Profile on site. A SPA ZEN Gift Card should be treated like cash by the recipient.
Each Service Order and/or Gift Card has a unique SPA ZEN number associated with it no matter how many times the email is printed out. We will not provide any refunds for both used and unused Gift Card regardless of the presentation of the original receipt.
There is NO expiration date on all completed purchases online. As long as you keep your original email receipt, you can redeem the service or Gift Card whenever you want.
Refund and Return Policy
The SPA ZEN Online Service Purchase and Gift Card are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please refer to Terms of Service for more details on how to use the Gift Card.
