Appointments Policy

Spa Zen will contact you 24 hours in advance to confirm your appointment. It is crucial to inform us in advance of any change or cancellation. The customer who does not attend his/her confirmed appointment will be held liable to pay a cancellation fee.

All late arrivals over 15 minutes will have the same amount of time deducted from their session.

All late arrivals over 30 minutes will result in the cancellation of their session.
